Business Coaching

Many trainees who followed soft-skill training, whether it is in cold calling skills or personal time-management, do not adopt the learned skills in the long term. There are two main reasons for this. Firstly, the manager or co-workers of the trainee do not reinforce the use of the learned skills. Secondly, the management of the company does not create an environment for the students to experiment with the learned skills at work.
